ОтветитьBeen doing this for two days now, and it burns me so bad considering ive only just started to work out. I hope to see results soon!!! I use a ten minute video along with this one and hopefully when my muscles start to get warmed up from the excersise i can add the 12 minute video i have saved onto this :)
ОтветитьI've been doing this workout in the past and it made my butt firm, but I combined many other workouts, along with a lot of biking and hiking once it started getting easy to do. It's also good as a warm-up exercise. Should start including it in my workouts again!

Ответитьdid this yesterday for the first time and my legs hurt so bad today i can barely walk lol i had to take a painkiller but even that didn't help much. there's no way i can do it today, hopefully i can continue tomorrow...

✅DAY 1: Felt it a lot in my thighs, that means it’s working right? IT WAS SO DIFFICULT
✅DAY 2: Aching still from yesterday but still got through, it was painful
/DAY 3: Rest, my legs are still so sore but i’ve seen a slight lift in my bum

ОтветитьI do a warmup with an athletic band and some glute bridges, then I do some walking lunges and Bulgarian squats, then I do this video. Girrrrrl my legs is dead, but I’m learning to love it. I can’t do weighted squats due to an injury, so this routine is working well for me. Have fun, guys!

Ответитьi want a better body 😭 the thing is i’ve only had 4 periods and i have grown like 6 inches but i have always had a wide rib cage and it’s rlly hard bc it makes me feel fat even tho ik i have gotten curves

Day1: no results obviously but my legs hurt soo much
Day 2: they dont hurt as bad as the first day but still hurt
