ОтветитьDO THIS HACK
I'M Steven Quots, My strategy was
1) I bought a louder techno phone
2) I set two consistent alarms it that phone
3) I also bought an empty color tin
4) I cut it to create a door for my phone to pass
5) I put holes for my padlock
6) Whenever i go to sleep i put the phone inside the tin and i 🔒 locked
7) Then i every day take the keys outside
8) And then I come back & i study my online stuff
9) Suddenly I sleep
10) Lastly, the phone rings & i wake up, go outside & bring the keys 🗝️ , unlock the box 🎁 & switch off the ⏰⏰⏰⏰⏰⏰
Proceed with day activities
GOOD LUCK
Do you sleep with jeans?? I need to see you waking up naturally😊
ОтветитьWhat if you have loads of reasons to get out of bed but you just don't care at all?
ОтветитьThe first part about the phone was completely wrong, some people use their phones to for example read books and to relax so where does your "stressed out" from using the phone come from? It has nothing to do with science, check your sources xd
ОтветитьWhat if I literally cannot get more than four hours of sleep a night with school and work?
ОтветитьYou can have multiple alarms, but they all have to be at the same time.
ОтветитьSleep in multiple of 1.5 hours.
ОтветитьI think this is really funny because you (presumably) got out of bed in the morning specifically to make a video about getting out of bed in the morning
ОтветитьProblem is that getting my clothes on is hard cause its cold AF
ОтветитьTo do list : Be productive😂
ОтветитьJust say u gae of u don’t get up
ОтветитьFor me the best way to wake up is to just simply turn off my brain. The moment the alarm rings I just stop all thinking, reasoning and just move my muscles to get up with literally no thought in mind. Earlier i tried reasoning with myself but found it ineffective as the longer i thought, the more difficult it became to actually get up. Give it a try, maybe it'll work for you as it did for me.
Ответить...military makes this hard
ОтветитьThanks for sharing!
Ответитьhe had HAIR!?
ОтветитьYou are sexy. ❤
Ответитьsure school is very fun and im very happy to wake up for it🎉
ОтветитьMan started the video like it was an apology video
ОтветитьI use a phone alarm, but put it on the opposite side of my room so I have to walk to it, waking me up.
Ответитьzuckerberg finally grew a beard!
Ответитьperfect intro 👌
ОтветитьI kinda feel caught lol. It’s almost 1 a.m. and I’m chilling in my bathroom. Thanks for the advice tho😂❤️
ОтветитьImma go back to sleep after I watch this.
Ответитьby having the will to live, to start a another day
ОтветитьHAHAHAHAHA
ОтветитьIf you really want to make it easier. If you drink more than a cup of coffee a day. See if you can quit caffeine. There are other ways to stimulate your brain. Quitting caffeine completely makes your circadian rhythm come back in full swing
sun up suun down.
Thank you from someone who has a hard time getting out of bed.
ОтветитьMan, there is something strange on top of your head I think it's hair!
Ответитьat this point I am ready to go back to a flip phone and throw water all over myself when the alarm rings
Ответитьi place the alarm far away. but once i wake up i still going to bed after turn of
ОтветитьAlso you should know this but.Narcolepsy, sleep apnea, and hypersomnia as well as insomnia are serious issues. If you struggle a lot see a doctor. I have Narcolepsy
ОтветитьEven if I wake up mad that I overslept, I'm already happy! I laughed a lot thanks to this video 😂
Ответить6. Put the alarm far enough away that you have to get out of bed to turn it off. 7. Make a "going to bed" routine where you do the same thing every night when approaching bed time. It tells your body it's time to sleep.
ОтветитьMan its 3 am 😢
ОтветитьJust get tf up.
Ответитьyou are funny 5 years ago already! comes so natural to you
ОтветитьGreat motivation
ОтветитьAt a point where I've got everything right and i even wake exactly at or a couple minutes before the alarm goes off but the issue is the reason to stay away. Gotta work on that
ОтветитьIs that a lowfi hip hop remix of a Minecraft song played in the style of pink floyd?
Ответить😊
ОтветитьWhen I was depressed I would just lay in bed after waking up for 3hrs everyday and I just couldn’t get up until I gave myself the goal of making my bed. Having that small goal helped so much and I still do it to this day.
Ответитьif you're Dr said to sleep 8 hrs, try sleeping only 4, you'll probably feel better !!
I find i feel better after 4 hrs than 7 hrs..
I could never do the 8 hrs sleep and thought that's why i'm tired..
but after the the past 3 years i am reevaluating everything i was ever told by 'the experts' and i'm finding so often if you do the opposite you'll probably feel better..
for example.
if you get sick, go outside, Vitamin D is vital for healing everything.
8 glasses of water. If you Drink a lot in one go, you'll actually get dehydrated. Aim to sip small amounts throughout the day. if you have a tiny bit of sea salt you'll absorb water better.
Table salt is poison, but Sea Salt is absolutely vital.. and it's better to have too much than too little.
Low fat foods are the reason you're always hungry and gain weight. Fat helps to send signal to your brain to stop eating. it's not fat that makes you gain weight its carbs and sugar.
everything you were told, is either misleading or flat out lie !
