How to make and receive calls in Microsoft Teams

How can I set this up as a Microsoft 365 and Teams admin?

So I actually got here from a thumbnail for the 'Get Started with Teams Phone' video. What has happened to that video. I was useful and we linked to it from our organisation Teams support page..

Does anybody use this for taking live calls in a podcast?

Can I join the meeting on Mobile & Laptop at same time?

For Teams Personal, do integrate the Skype pots calling and sms, getting rid of Skype altogether. Too many disparate apps now.
