ОтветитьThank you for sharing this 🙏 wonderful tea 🍵 ❤️ recipe
ОтветитьLove it! Love your explanations! Thank you! 🌺
ОтветитьSuperb ❤❤❤
ОтветитьTo serve in the late evening how about decaf black tea? Will it taste okay?
Ответить❤☕️🫖
ОтветитьHi, thanks for the video, very informative. Couple of questions; can I use Honey instead of the thing that you used that I never saw in my life and probably never going to find😅 and if so, how can I put it in the tea, when it’s boiling or after? And did I heard 4 tablespoon of black tea? It was not clear for me
Thank you so much!
I will remember my mortar and pestle is handy for self-defence, too😂😂😂
ОтветитьDoesn't jaggery tear the tea?
ОтветитьWhat is charggery? Looks like a great recipe thanks
ОтветитьTwinnings Earl Gray is my favorite .I've heard that heating the whole spices in a dry fry pan brings out the potency of the spices.
Ответитьnoticed you used GREEN cardamom. Ho w does black differ? Also, you used a stainless steel (non-reactive) pan. Is SS better to use than say aluminum? Also, could you explain Jaggery, and where to find it?
ОтветитьOh how I wish I had Indian friends to cook for me 😂
ОтветитьSo glad I found your channel
ОтветитьLike ur presentation and voice. Felt happy when u said " ceylon tea".
ОтветитьIt’s clove not cluv. Please pronounce it correctly.
ОтветитьWhere did you get that mortar & pistol? I’ve been looking for one online. The pistols are too small. I like the one in the video.
Does anyone know where I can order one a set of mortar & pistol like the one on the video from?
Love it❤
ОтветитьMan, you’ve got it all wrong. Never, ever grate your ginger. That’s why your tea becomes bitter. Always, always grind it in pestle.
Use generous quantity of ground ginger, and then you need like 2 pods of cardamom and 2 stubs of clove instead of wasting all those spices on 2 cups of tea.
And you must always, always use boiled milk. That catches the flavours much better.
This recipe is a bit of a joke. You have very little idea of how to use Indian spices, or to make tea. Seeing you teaching others use spices drives home the point that yeah, people do get by in life, somehow.
Automated Cardamoms... i love this guy
ОтветитьI like your making a chiatea your way
ОтветитьWatching from Hawaii!🌊🏄♀️
I love anything that's Indian cuisine 😋although I'm a Hawaiian. I've had chai tea many times when eating out. But...Watching you, I'm definitely going to make my own chai tea!
Thank you Happybellyfish😊for Chai tea lesson 👍
How does the jaggery stay soft like that
ОтветитьThis is now my favorite channel for Indian recipes! You are very clear and go step-by-step. I appreciate that.
ОтветитьGreat recipe, thank you. Do you sell the mortar? If not, do you have a source for it. 🙏🏽
ОтветитьFor “self-defense” 😅
ОтветитьAlways looking to perfect my chai recipe and I really loved this. Also really liked the presenter and the extra attention to ingredients! 🥰 oh and the teapots in the background!! 😍
ОтветитьI love using earl grey black tea. The bergamot goes very well with the chai spices. Will definitely slerrp my tea from now on!
ОтветитьI've enjoyed this 😅, going to cook right away, I like your humour.
ОтветитьYou use too much pepper and too many cloves. Wonder how you digest it😮😮
ОтветитьWhat was the sweetener called? Jageeree?
ОтветитьDo you happen to know of any non-dairy milk that works well with this recipe?
ОтветитьI want to make you my friend so I can have delicious tea
ОтветитьSo many thanks for this recipe!
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьWhile I don't agree with some aspects of your recipe, you do give a better understanding of spices and their balance ... appreciate that
ОтветитьWhat was the name of that sweetener chunk? I'm sorry, I couldn't understand what you had called it. I think it started with a J?
ОтветитьI will like the video after I try and taste the tea myself. Give me few minutes 😅
ОтветитьNice way to make new friend or enemies??
Ответитьi have masala tea either without milk or with a drop of milk like western tea and i love it, i cant wait to try this recipie.
ОтветитьThank you for sharing
ОтветитьYou should always have one handy for self defense 🤣
Ответитьwill you a link to a good tea from amazon for those of use that don't have access to it in our town
ОтветитьThank Bellyfish... Loved your tea. You have done so well
ОтветитьThank you,
I hope, when I visit my Indian friends, they will offer me a masala chi. That was the best beverage I have ever tried, when my friends Shanta and Kishore made it for me in 2002. I can still remember the flavor after 21 years.
Very much respect and appreciate people from India.
You too look and sound like very nice young man.
God bless you!
❤
I have access to all ingredients except chagiri not sure of the correct spelling. Wonderful explafrom such gently voice. Tell your wife she is lucky to have you. I can't imagine waking up to such a voice inviting me on Saturday morning for a cup of Chai. Are you single ?
ОтветитьHahaha self-defence! Yummy and funny 😂
