I tried gluten free pasta I didn’t like how the noodles kept breaking apart and they tasted lighter and less dense . Idk I might just have to get use to gluten free pasta.
ОтветитьWhat about chia seeds?
ОтветитьThank you Robyn for your video. I was diagnosed with celiac March this year. 👌😘
ОтветитьVery helpful, thanks 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
ОтветитьAlso, If there is any doubt about a specific product having gluten, it's better to call the manufacturer directly to make sure.
ОтветитьThank you SO MUCH foe this information. My daughter does not have celiac but has EOE Eosinophilic esophagitis, which means No Gluten, Soy, Nuts, Diary, Eggs and Shellfish. I didn't know about the GF label and have been giving her oatmilk that is NOT gluten free. Thanks to your video I have been Educated on WHAT to look out for! I have also read that Amarnath flour is gluten free in addition to sorghum and corn fyi.
ОтветитьWhile watching this video. I was eating ‘Clancy’ brand Kettle Chips Jalapeño flavor. I read the ingredients, the label stated ‘Gluten Free’ but the ingredients read Yeast Extract, Dextrose,Whey. Of course I got confused. I’m new at this trying to go gluten free. But I certainly appreciate your video😊
ОтветитьThis is definitely helpful. I might have Celiac. I wont know until i see my doctor in September. They told me keep a food diary and if i eat gluten how i feel after
ОтветитьLol. The Canadian accent is over the top. 😂 Easterners have that accent. Great content!
ОтветитьThat's extremely informative, thank you so much ❤
ОтветитьNothing to eat - all foods lie - all ingredients lie. ALL sellers lie. Nothing is " free "---- just eat and pray.
ОтветитьEat safely at Papa Chops Eatery! Great advice Robyn 😊
ОтветитьEven if it says "Gluten Free" - READ THE LABEL - cus some that "SAY" Gluten Free - will have "MALTDRIXTRIN" and unless that word is followed with (from potatoes, corn, tapioca) it's NOT GLUTEN FREE!!!! AND companies change their ingredients without warning - usually adding MALTODRIXTRIN" for flavor. If it has "Modified Food Starch", is yet another Gluten Source!!!
ОтветитьVery helpful and thorough! Thanks for making this video 🙏
ОтветитьThis was fantastic! Thank you so much. I have been so confused and you really cleared up my questions. ESPECIALLY THE WINE QUESTION 😂😂
ОтветитьThanks big help.
ОтветитьGreat Video!
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьThank you so much for making these videos. I got diagnosed a few days ago and feel kinda lost and needing direction. Your videos have been a tremendous help, thank you.
Ответитьlchf or paleo is a good start , glutenfree wheat starch is shit and 20 ppm i avoid, i go for 0 ppm natural gluten free
ОтветитьLoved it. You made a difficult to comprehend subject almost fun! Great ending 👏
Ответитьis gluten the culprit of rhinitis allergy?
ОтветитьI am getting my daughter tested tomorrow... I joined a facebook group this past week... THANK YOUUUU!!!!!! 💜💜💜
ОтветитьHow are you so funny, informative, and pretty? 😅 I'm still waiting on my test results but my symptoms are pointing to celiac and I'm advised to avoid gluten. Your videos are helping lighten the stress. Thank you!
ОтветитьJust found out that up to 25 percent of supplements can contain gluten… does the “gluten free” statement on the bottle a safe reliability because the statements are not regulated by the FDA? Have you done a video on this ?
ОтветитьI was diagnosed with Ceiiacs disease and went off glutin and was OK. Gained my weight back, was feeling fine a long time. Then since I was eating that stuff with no problems, I though this isn't as serious as I once believed. I started having an occasional cheeseburger, Subway or pasta, etc. and there was no problem...for months. Then all of a sudden, POW! I've got rashes galore, and stomach issues like crazy. Now I'm off all Glutin products except what I'm now learning by going online do have it in them like Soy Sauce. Man this time it is really kicking my booty! I'm going back to my Doctor but I guess I really do have to eat nothing but Glutin free. I read some labels of a can of soup I just ate...yep, contains wheat. Dang man! Great site Robyn! Thanks.
ОтветитьTried gluten free spaghetti once...about barfed!
ОтветитьWaaaaaaa! I miss you already Mars bar!!! 😲😥😪
ОтветитьHi! Sorry for my English. I am from Argentina and I want to live in Canada. Are there many options for a gluten free diet? I am celiac
ОтветитьQuest bars are certified gluten free and come with a warning saying processed in a facility that processes wheat.
ОтветитьYou are so funny, thank you,so very helpful, much appreciated.
ОтветитьTho, one caveat is milk products. Gluten proteins can pass from the digestive track into milk
ОтветитьThank you so much! I’m just trying to diagnose some of the symptoms I’m having and this video is a tons of help:)
ОтветитьYou are so awesome!! Thank you! I'm 25 and just got diagnosed with celiac disease and this helped so so so much! Following you! :)
Ответитьthis is so helpful, thank you!!
ОтветитьI'm 65 years old and was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease. It's all so overwhelming and I'm having a hard time with it. The foods I love, I can't have. Gluten free food is awful!
ОтветитьThanks so much for the video. Now i know why my flaxseeds bother me lately, they were not labeled gluten free so that means they probably were contaminated!! In other words, your section on high risk foods was priceless.
ОтветитьIs jaggery gluten free? I have a bottle that says ingredients: sugar cane" and that's it.
I reckon it's safe. It is right? I ate it btw lol
Absolutely love your content!
ОтветитьThank you. This was very very helpful.
ОтветитьVERY GOOD PRESENTATION VERY INFORMATIVE, YOU SHOULD BE AN ACTRESS!!!
ОтветитьThe Doritos sweet chili label said “soy sauce solids”. That may be the source.
Ответитьdistillation does not always make it safe
ОтветитьI’ve been gluten free since the 80’s. I simply went without because there were no gluten free foods at all. 90’s diagnosed celiac by a blood test, because back then, you were celiac or not, no gluten intolerance existed.
2000’s I developed egg and tree nut allergy, tomato intolerance. When I want a gf product, it can’t have any of those ingredients, which leaves me with hardly anything to eat in the way of processed foods. Schar is the only company that make gf products that I can eat.
I study ingredients like an investigator, I check each product online while I’m shopping to see if the gf are made in dedicated facilities.
Thanks a lot, this was really helpful, as my 3 year old daughter has celiac disease, love from India
ОтветитьJust wanted to say that your video have been super useful! I feel a lot less anxious hehe... Thank you!
ОтветитьThank you Robyn! It was so clear with these 3 steps!
ОтветитьGreat video. Much appreciated.
