I lost over 8000$ in Trading this week (about 50% of my trading depot).... I´m dueling with it right now.... Its 2024 and at 34 years old i finally decided to take a risk in the trading world I'm down 8k scammed of 2k and 4k down which was for a trading FX BOT and 2k in crypto. Just lost most of what I had in low caps crypto trading, not my first time loosing money but it hurts every time. Its hard not to feel depressed but i'm consciously telling myself I can comeback from this. I will look back on this comment in a year and my current losses will feel insignificant.

my father has lost a total $250k to fraud men with ponzi schemes, he be kept on believing that this time he will earn some big profit and kept on taking loans from bank, but the profit never happened, moreover he lended all his retirement money and life savings to the fraud investors and then all the money never came back. Its been a cycle of losing everything he had for 7-8 years until it was all totally lost.
I still feel anxiety and stress for the condition and financial problems our family have been through all that time.
