The sequence covers; yogic breath, upward salute, easy pose side stretch, extended child's pose, downward dog and some variations, high lunges, warrior 1, warrior 2, reverse warrior, triangle pose, standing forward bend, squat pose, staff pose, boat pose and bridge pose.
