Connecting Google Workspace Accounts to Instantly (oAuth method)

hmmm it says it's blocked for me, even when I selected "Trusted"

my admin console doesn't look like this it brings up workspace, additional google services, web and mobile apps, and marketplace apps

When I add the Instantly Client ID, it says No Matches Found

It says blocked even tho I chose trusted...

would recommend starting completely from scratch because this is not what you see when you go to admin console, you're a few steps into it here

Does this method still work? I don't see oAuth as an option in the app dropdown anymore

everything worked except for when i pressed login it took me to my google workspace dashboard and not the allow instantly to connect page

For anyone struggling, you have to create an organizational unit and add your email addresses to it. Then you should be able to log in.

Literally went to Lemlist after watching this and it not making sense. They connect to your email super easily, none of this messing about

Anyone know if this works with Titan email as well?

Does this has to be done multiple times if I have more than 1 domain name in my google workspace?

The options under the Apps section are:

Additional Google services
Blogging, photos, video, social tools and more
65 SERVICES

Web and mobile apps
Manage SAML, Android and iOS apps
NO APPS

Google Workspace Marketplace apps
Add and manage third party apps
NO APPS

Hey Guys! (This works 100% for google workspace account users)

Most of you must be having this issue of how to connect your google workspace account to Instantly.

They have a little chat icon on the extreme right on the bottom right side (Inside Instantly Account) -

1. Click on it
2. Select the right icon at the bottom called "Help".
3. Choose this question "Connecting Google Workspace account to Instantly via App Passwords method".
4. Follow the video guide and you'll be good to go.

You might face issues in finding the "app passwords".

Here's how you can find it -

After the heading " How you sign in to Google"

The first option is "2-step verification"

Click on it and scroll to the bottom; you'll see "App passwords" options there!

Hi, When I use this way, do I still need to have Two Factor authentication enabled or you dont need that when doing it this way?

I don't have the oAuth or Client ID option when it's time to copy/paste the code and add the app...

When I click log in and then my account name I get this error:

This app is blocked
This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access.

I did everything else in the video the same so I'm confused at what the issue is

Edit: It randomly started working so maybe I just had to wait a little bit for it to update

Im having this issue which is making this impossible:

I go here on instantly with IMAP enabled, but when I try going to Google Workspace Admin Panel, it asks me to signin, which I do, but once I do it keeps on redirecting to the Sign into the Admin account page.

If we have name3@, name2@, name1@ do we have to log into each one of those individually? I created the accounts in one Google Workspace, but it seems I can only connect the email account for the browser that I'm logged in.

Worst tutorial ever, does not show how to do the Google part (as in heading of video!)
