I came across this meditation by chance, searching for a spirit guide connection meditation. It was only through the electrical impulses I felt, and each corresponding area of the body twitching as the electrical magnetic fibres scanned my being, did I realise it wasn’t my spirit guides I was connecting with but instead my own soul, body and mind. This meditation worked for me on such a different level and I am so grateful for finding it, accidentally or not. Our bodies, minds and souls will seek out what they need, even if we don’t realise what that is. And I do believe my spirit guides also had a hand in my happy “accident” I feel balanced, more aware and grateful for this experience. Namaste. Thank you 🤍🤍🤍
