1971 war really reduced the problem for India from the Pakistan: Firstly they lost the money producing colony i.e East Pakistan. Secondly they can't attack from multiple direction. Thirdly without East Pakistan the current Pakistan is becoming poor day by day.

Well Pakistan celebrates the winning of the war in a sense they we were able to defend the country against a country which is 5 times bigger by all means so it was a win definitely.. when india brought 500 tanks into the plains of Pakistan and a loss was inevitable and nothing could stop such a huge army without the cover of mountains, rivers or even trees so it was very easy for india to grab the land which is why they were able to grab sialkot region and the first stop they took was just outside lahore because of the BRB canal which was specifically made as a defense tool.. so pakistan was able to safeguard its land being a smaller country so its a win.. we never said we captured india or will capture india, that has never been the aim.. but idk why india calla it a win because even on google it clearly says it was a ceasefire and each time there is a war between india and pakistan it ended on ceasefire with no land being captured so in that sense neither pakistan nor india won any war.. though indians claim that in 1971 they won but in reality it was a conflict between pakistan and bangladesh where bangalis were already fighting for freedom due to pakistan army's atrocities and injustice and pakistan's rulers already made up their made to gave up east pakistan anyway and india took the opportunity to backstab which they are very proud of and invaded their army taking advantage of the situation of east pakistan and the distance.. offcourse no country can defend its part which is thousands of miles away.. it was a bad decision to make pakistan on two sides anyway.. there is no country on earth that is made such a way so indians should also act maturely and do not claim any winning..
