ОтветитьThanks for this!! I’m 14 and I’m looking to generally get stronger- and maybe look a little more toned. The workout was great and Im certainly tired now, but I’m gonna try doing this twice a week to start! It’s worth it for my mental and physical health!
(Also, your dog is super cute 😂❤ I have a golden and he does the same thing)

ОтветитьThat was harder than I thought it would be! 😅 challenging! 😤do u count these kind of workouts as weight or also cardio? Because I def felt like it was cardio too and I limit how much cardio I do per week because I’m pushing 50 and have slightly elevated cortisol. Thanks!!! 🙏 💪
