ОтветитьI am away from home for a class reunion with no access to a gym right now, holy crap this workout was amazing, I didn't fare do the last exercise from my friend couch mostly for fear my arms would collapse and of hurt myself but also, well it's not my house! But dang, what a great workout!

ОтветитьI do this workout from time to time, as well as her other calisthenics work outs on active rest days. It certainly burned more than expected, I stopped a lot, and I was drenched. As always, thank you for great content Caroline!

ОтветитьWhat a mistake I made thinking Bodyweight only would be restful and chill LOL not with Caroline's workouts, WOW, that was so intense and tough! All my muscles are trembling - what a great feeling to get through it, I know that worked my body very well!! I've been taking a little break from heavy lifting and this is in my rotation for the long term for sure. Thank you Caroline for providing such high quality and challenging sessions for us. You really are the BEST!!!

I love to dive in and lose a sense of time in your 1hour workouts, because they bring challenge and constant focus, let forget about everything else and enjoy the session to the fullest🍀🤩

How grateful I am to have a healthy body that can move …. and although my upper body felt incredibly weak after COVID, I managed to get through this wonderful session 🙏🏻👍💪 Thank you Caroline….. that was absolutely Brilliant 🌟💕
