Thanks for these videos! Very educational. The only thing I seem to miss is why is debiting the cash account an increase but debiting the liabilities account a decrease for example? What do these verbs mean in this sense?

How supplier will be asset
My teacher told me that if we purchase good from someone on credit then they are creditors and also they are liabilities to us . Can you explain who is right 😢

I haven’t yet found why T account is useful! It’s just a complex way of the simple arithmetic accounting. Why is it important to make a T account, for example, revenue, supplies etc.

Thank you for simplifying this. Reading about T-Accounts in my accounting book, and then trying to lay it out, was a bit confusing. After watching your video, I now have a better understanding.

Man, you explained it so nicely that my colleges' instructor who is a CPA could not explain!! Bravo. She speaks English as second language and so it she could not explain clearly to the students and it does not even bother her.

Great video. I watched it twice. Now that I have, I'd like to ask you, how you would apply this practice to troubleshooting a discrepancy. I can see that this would be helpful in reviewing journal entries for accuracy. How else could these be used?
