Dehya would be better unit if her interruption resistance lasted her entire skill instead of 9 seconds.
As a Lyney haver, I use her only because she's Pyro and I dont have Zhongli to replace the anemo unit. As soon as I get Zhongli or an actual pyro shield (Xinxiang or whatever she is called cannot be called a shield and Thoma's only stack's with normal attack).

i wanted ot get zhongli, but 4.1 banners are so good so i skip him and use layla
