This really covers all bases for the average person, well put together and thought out.
Imagine having a herniated disk in neck and bending your neck backwards. RIP

ОтветитьLoved the Beginner Flexibility Routine so gave this a try. Too much for me at the moment! The one lifting the stick and moving it over and behind!! I got it off the ground a few inches! Too advanced for me......for now. Back to Beginner Flexibility for me!
