I recently came back to this video again several months later, and there's one thing I just can't figure out.

When Michelle (Hod) informs the Head about what Ayin is doing in the outskirts - WHY do they send an Arbiter to come and kill everyone?

AFAIK:
1. The Head doesn't give a shit about anything outside the city
2. The shit Ayin and the group got up to wasn't anything more gruesome than what other people did inside the city.
3. Angela wasn't created until AFTER he set up Lobotomy Corp.

Can anyone help explain this for me and fill the gap?

okay i have one last question, i didn't understand when you said that after X confronted his inner demons the seed of light germinated, so that means that Ayen's consciousness created the seed or it just added power to the seed? Oh yeah and when you start the game, you are playing as Ayen but with no memory about his past or whatsoever right? And the persons who are following the script of Ayen are himself and Angela?
