I wanna find myself again, I was moving forward so well. Till I had my 3rd child and my CPTSD came collapsing back down all around me bringing ppd with it. He’s 14 months now... still can’t try being positive without mental ramifications.

Very thoughtful. I'm in a tough spot (not unique) and very much living in an emotional state of "one day at a time". It's kind of exhausting! I have identified a few things that are challenging me, but remedies are beyond my control at this time. I will incorporate some of this and see if it brings me light or peace. Thank you.

Im generally about a month behind in watching videos, I keep them in a queue. On Friday I lost my job. I’ve not been dealing with it well. This video couldn’t have been in my queue at a better time. Thankyou.

I loved this video so much. “The lesson comes when the student is ready to learn”. I loved that quote. It is so true. When I am completely overwhelmed and anxious or depressed or just in a funk and finally take the step back to evaluate, it’s usually because I’m fighting God for “my way” instead of “His way”. When I eventually get too tired to keep fighting I become the student ready to learn and that’s when God allows a transformation to happen. I’m definitely going to try your writing suggestion out. I love it. That self reflection will be so important for me because I think I dwell on a lot of negative or untrue thoughts about myself and this will help me separate and analyze them. I seriously love your heart and your soul and I love your videos. 🌸💕
