How to Create a Budget in Excel / How to Track your Spend Using Excel - Tutorial

Hello. I have a few questions regarding excel. I haven't found a way to fit it. I am trying to put my negative amount or - but all i get is ###### instead of $(600). Why is that? What can i do it fix it?
