They won't tell you there are natural cures for the supposed diseases! You can get therapy for your childhood issues without quitting breathing your atmosphere that sustains your existence. If one is from say a methane planet they would need it to survive in a planet that is made for oxygen breathers! Imagine an Intergalactic Council Meeting where multitudes of beings from millions of different atmospheres are coming together to have discussions and celebrations! If anyone were to try and force someone to stop breathing their atmosphere, they might be executed for attempted murder!!
