I had an opportunity to watch David Sanborn perform in Las Vegas 3 times over the years. One of my favorite living musicians. The second time we watched him in concert we had an opportunity to meet with him briefly. Shook his hand and he signed the CD we bought. Very nice and unassuming man.

Real music right here LOVE IT

I love this music--I had his album "As We Speak" when I was an undergraduate at Portland State in the 80's and used to play it before I would go for an evening run through the city. His vibe resonates with cool city scenes.

The guest sax had me going. At first I was like damn must be tough standing next to these guys. The he just melted my face. Nice one!
