ОтветитьIm 68 years young, i do 250 pushups a day, 100 jumping jacks, plus 30 minute chair exercises a day on top of that 4- 6 miles walking. But then I eat WFPB . Shalom

At 61 , i am still at it , but , it hurts and you need to nap and eat good

ОтветитьBarbara is very good! But there is a fact to be clarified; our DNA is designed to eat meats and fish, not plant based protein, is not the same thing. The plant based protein cannot build muscles and cells.

ОтветитьI am 70, broke a mid back (T9) vertebrae 10 months ago. I got a job washing floors in a geriatric hospital 4 months ago and brought my back brace to work. Inbtge first week my back hurt bad after an 8 hour work day. Next week less. Now, I alternate not wearing the brace sometimes. I can lift heavier weights now than I could 20 years ago. I love my job! After 35 years working a desk job, this is beginning a new chapter. My husband loves the new me!

ОтветитьI have severe muscles issues due to MECFS and my muscles are already suffering from daily things I have to do. Have broken a shoulder and need to exercise, but I get worse. It can harm the muscles....devil circle...i miss doing yoga etc
