I bought 5....kept seeing Swift Golden Lion - Account pop up.....which is the mount I've wanted, but have too many other things to do in game so never bothered. I wanted to have a little fun so I opened 5.....got an epic flying carpet that I already had and a Black Ice Enchantment rank 14.....didn't have any legendary enchantments except for bondings so it wasn't a total loss. Won't open anymore though.

Keep away from all lockboxes just open the free one with VIP. What I have over 1000 times and got nothing but trash. Best to just buy what you need of AH and trade with other players. This is like gambling but like 100 times worst. They are such robbing bustards cryptic.

I wasted my AD buying just ONE of these.

IT'S A TRAP: This is just an AD sink for players to waste their AD. WHY? Because there is a 30 million ZEN backlog in the ZAX and Craptic knows players have too much AD and aren't spending real money on ZEN. So to try and stop players from playing for free by playing the ZAX, they throw obvious gambling AD sink into the game to get rid of your hard earned AD. An attempt to force you to buy ZEN when you go broke from buying this obvious scam-box!

Do NOT fall for this s***! Keep your AD and continue to throw it in the ZAX!

As everyone has already said, this Astral lockbox is just an AD sink. Too bad because that means that unless you are very lucky you should stay away from this box.

People are buying them on the AH lol. Buy one for 75K and sell it for 90

So if lots of people with zen want to buy Ad to open the boxes then maybe the backlog will go less at the exchange :D

My main thing is currently on xbox you can by a key through the astral diamond exchange cheaper than you can this box so why would you buy this box.

75k is 100 zen, that’s how much you buy the key for this lockbox, and you don’t get choice packs on top of that.

I would not be surprised if they are first introducing this so that later they are going to replace vip keys with a daily astral lockbox. Not only is the loot table about the same so nobody can complain but then they can increase paid “key” lock boxes drop rates so that they are more enticing.

Lately I'm feeling a bit demotivated with Neverwinter): this lockbox doesn't help. It feels desperate like with the compy...

Its an amazing thing if you concider the AD overflow currently in game buuuut ( and thats just my personal opinion) i would honestly prefer like a guaranteed value from it : let's say it costs 100k well would be nice for the worst reward to aqt least be 50k ad? i dont wanna spend 100k to get 5 Rubies no one does but its still a good initiative and seems like they're finally starting to improve

In my opinion it's just cryptic doing everything to stop you getting AD rich so they can keep them I'd rather save for a legendary mount hahahaa

When I seen the loottable I thought it will have a horrible value unless it does hit on a legendary mount... Well... I was wrong.

No way, man. This is one of those "avoid at all costs" items imo. Most of the time you don't even make 75k ad from a box. I'll just keep using my free keys from VIP.
