ОтветитьI would like to share what recently helping me with chronic lower back pain as much that I can’t believe myself that pain goes away for now ! Im doing gym for 17+ years + i can say im sporty/active , been struggling with lower back pain for long time . 2 years ago I’ve had sciatica nerve pain / herniated disc and i was in such a big pain that i was literally crying from it for around 6 months. Pain goes all the way to the left leg , couldn’t sleep , couldn’t seat for to long , limping while walking , burning sensation behind my knee ! MRI scan shows. Zones of active degenerative changes at L5/S1. L4/L5 and L5/S1 intervertebral disc dehydrated, lowered. Overload changes of the intervertebral joints of the lower segment. I was doing Mckenzie exercises as suggested by doctors or osteopaths to get a bit of relief . When pain from sciatica goes away long time ago i was still experiencing pain in lower back until now i have started to use supplement ( I won’t do a product placement here ) but it does contains following ingredients :
Hyaluronic acid
Gelatin hydrolysate
Vitamins B6, C, D
Glucosamine
Chondroitin
Magnesium
MSM
Its easy to find on auction portals , Im constantly using it for 3months now + still performing McKenzie exercises and honestly like for now I can’t believe that it did helping me as i was trying many supplements in my life !

ОтветитьThere is a big lie in this video. Disc herniation cannot be reversed! If the Nucleus Pulposus is in the nerves canal you can take it a bit back by doing exercises but never fully as shown on animation!
ОтветитьMy lower back pain is going on for almost 2 years. There is a rhomboid shape depression on the area of the pain. It is localized and it doesn’t go to the legs. Stretches did not work…

I recommend deadlifts, the muscle you build influences things like this and I'm telling you its like a whole new body forms where it was neglected due to tension focused in parts of the body that clearly are askin for help when they emit pain sensations

ОтветитьI've had back problems for the past 39 years and I've had several operations and procedures over the years (IDET etc.). To cut a very long story short my discs at L4/L5 & L5/S1 eventually collapsed and I required surgery. The surgery itself was successful but I still had severe constant pain that a consultant anaesthetist identified as neuropathic pain (called centralised in the US?). If you've had unremitting pain for many years it may be helpful to check whether you have a neuropathic pain component to your back pain.
This kind of pain is very hard to deal with and I've found that neither pain killers or repeated physio really help but just knowing what was wrong helped me psychologically.

ОтветитьWrong. Cobra stretch makes bulging worse. You have to do the opposite to create more space in the narrow areas.

ОтветитьI had lower back pain for 7yrs. After eating a predominantly raw food diet for 9 months the pain disappeared. I did absolutely NO exercise or massage ONLY diet control.

ОтветитьI’m 22 I don’t know what to do I’m so scared I can’t even have a job and feel like I can’t be a person with my pain I’ve had it since I was 8 years old I fell really hard, slipped on ice and I just don’t know what to do, nothing helps. I’ll never be able to have a job without being in pain. I really suck because of it.. I’ll just be a disappointment to everyone..
ОтветитьAmazing video. I am 21 yrs old and I have this pain on my lower back. I am anxious of having diseases but I hope it's just an episode. I cried thinking maybe it's a tumor or something. But I try to live positive and do more straight postures from now on and see if it relieve the pain. I've been in pain for 3 weeks now.
