- one struggling to rent but can’t find tenant despite it’s located in most popular area, where filled up with new upcoming apartment, the value already dropped at least 30% - 40% since bought it! Due to property oversupply in dubai! All of rental price has declined 50%, high service charge, chiller charge, DEWA with Housing fee, are almost suck you dry, if you are not manage renting it out .......... (There is saying Dubai No tax, Those charges in the name of “Fees”)
- one delayed handover and still underconsumption from very well known Developer, don’t know when it will be handed over, whether the quality will be the same is known, the future dubai new landmark project is putting in hold, at the time when they selling property, they’ve saying that it is gift for expo, will be ready before 2020 expo, however, it’s still a desert now. (Don’t dare to complain, cause there is no win for you. )
- one I’m in, but property price has drop significantly!
Don’t ask me how regret I was!!! Heart broken and truly regretful 😭but what can be done to come out the deep problems! just prey to god to protect all of my blood sweat earned money will be saved. The tears and hard work, sacrifices to earn those money will be valued by god, not evaporated by investing in dubai property!
