That truffle burger must've been luke warm at best but more like cold, it spent so much time there without top bun ugh.
But I only really go to japanese michelin restaurants anyways. Western michelin dishes just end up being crude as hell and something I could easily setup at home. There's not much raffinesse. Just a bunch of butter and reductions for flavour. This menu really bored me just by looking at it. But if british tourist destinations are anything to go by that nation loves to stick by it's toddler tongue anyways. Fried, fried, fat, fat. Not much more.
If you're a half decent hobby cook and proper source your ingredients (not some heaux premium supermarket crap), then this isn't worth the money.

Interesting and amazing .... but totally choreographed. They probably make the same recipes with small changes week after week they change seasonally and have the best of the best ingredients. It takes a lot of skill and dedication to provide exceptional food.
I do think a great restaurant and menu is one of the pleasures in life, great food is love. Please if you can support great food.
I volunteer as a cook and non-paid manager of a kitchen cooking and serving 300+ homeless/addicted/mental health clients every morning.
We never know for certain what is on the menu for the next day it all depends on what is delivered by Second Harvest and generous others. We strive to make the best and most healthy quality meals we can with the food we receive.

Se ve mucha organizacion en esa cocina y se ven unas prepraciones muy buenas, pero ¿Por qué trabajan sin cofias y mascarillas? además de utilizar un anillo y reloj mientras manipula alimentos... ¿Dónde queda la inocuidad alimentaria?

This is how a head chef should be not shouting and swearing at everyone. You keep getting angry with chefs you’ll lose your staff, make them nervous everyday and they’ll have no self esteem left.

It's interesting to note that all the places I worked usually has very quiet lunches yet packed dinners. I suppose that's the price for having a restaraunt in a city.

All the food looks delicious and you are doing a great job managing this kitchen. The way you garnish plates though, looks utterly random and chaotic. I can appreciate that you are going for a rustic aesthetic, but it's lacking clarity and depth.

Can you overcome the recipe thing?
The recipe is dirty and throws paint out as it is moved and smashed
Then you grab the food and technically contaminate it

I think you guys proud in having highest quality ingredients and even though what I just said I about the recipes I 100% intend to visit it the place
