That truffle burger must've been luke warm at best but more like cold, it spent so much time there without top bun ugh.
But I only really go to japanese michelin restaurants anyways. Western michelin dishes just end up being crude as hell and something I could easily setup at home. There's not much raffinesse. Just a bunch of butter and reductions for flavour. This menu really bored me just by looking at it. But if british tourist destinations are anything to go by that nation loves to stick by it's toddler tongue anyways. Fried, fried, fat, fat. Not much more.
If you're a half decent hobby cook and proper source your ingredients (not some heaux premium supermarket crap), then this isn't worth the money.
Interesting and amazing .... but totally choreographed. They probably make the same recipes with small changes week after week they change seasonally and have the best of the best ingredients. It takes a lot of skill and dedication to provide exceptional food.
I do think a great restaurant and menu is one of the pleasures in life, great food is love. Please if you can support great food.

ОтветитьAll the food looks delicious and you are doing a great job managing this kitchen. The way you garnish plates though, looks utterly random and chaotic. I can appreciate that you are going for a rustic aesthetic, but it's lacking clarity and depth.

I think you guys proud in having highest quality ingredients and even though what I just said I about the recipes I 100% intend to visit it the place
