First things i noticed was the socks.
ОтветитьThis helped make a difference immediately. It’s not perfect, but the bump is definitely smaller. I was honestly shocked to see any noticeable change that quickly.
The reason I am so familiar with how my neck hump looks is because I usually like to check the back of my hair when I put it up lol. Just to make sure nothin’s hangin out or what not. And every time I can’t help but notice my neck hump lol
How much time - thus exercie days - will it take to see a visible change and improvement?
And thanks for the thorough and good explanation and presentation.
I love how cats don't give a damn.🐱😹😹
ОтветитьJust what the doctor ordered 👍
ОтветитьDanke aus Deutschland ❤
ОтветитьKitty cat supervising 😂
Ответитьweak lower abs and anterior pelvic tilt contributes to this. I noticed a big improvement after working on my hip alignment
ОтветитьIm struggling with the first excersise ;/ I dont feel any tension when stretching my neck up and down. It doesn't feel correct.
ОтветитьThank you so much Sir ❤️
ОтветитьIf you fix the next hump you'll get a little taller depending on how much of the angle.
ОтветитьTake a towel and place it longwise behind your head in a standing or seated position, holding each end of the towel pull in front of you like a tricep extension. Then, pull your neck backward in resistance. Static holds or reps both work.
ОтветитьI'm glad I already have a Siamese cat, so I don't have to get one for this exercice! ^^ I have vertigo due to bad posture, lack of muscles and hyper-laxity. I will try those exercices. Thank you!
ОтветитьI have a forward tilted head and over 30 years, it has caused me to have this hump. It has built extra tissue around my spine to protect it. Hopefully these exercises help!
ОтветитьGreat stuff! Really appreciate you putting this out
Ответить❤thanks - very clear
Ответитьquestion: is the cat mandatory? XD
ОтветитьDoes anyone ever get problems with there sternum/chest bone getting snagged and then having to pop it back out.. very uncomfortable when this happens and feels like your chest is going to burst open
ОтветитьGuys heres some facts thatll change your life, dont focus on one area, and fix your breathing, breathing with your neck muscles in the front and breathing into your upper chest causes postural issues and especially forward head posture bc its pulling your neck into your chest, learn to breathe better, use your diaphram and fix your hip tightness, look into the stack, the stack is where your pelvic floor and diaphram are are parallael to the floor and aligned with one another diaphram right on top of pwlvic floor, this way you can breathe optimally and your posture will improve. Just doing localized exceriez like this dont fix your real issue that is at the root of your poor posture.
ОтветитьExcellent thank very much for those. Will give them a go
Ответитьwhat would be a realistic expectation of improvement if these exceresizes are all done like a circuit 3x a week for a mild condition neck hump?
ОтветитьSo glad I found you! Thank you!
ОтветитьAs a person who is mobility impaired, the assumption that everyone can get down on a floor or get up from one sure is frustrating. I can't do most of these exercises.
ОтветитьWhen I did the SCM stretch, I could bend my neck to the right but i could bend to the left very little if at all. Should I just keep gently stretching to the left until it gets easier?
ОтветитьPeople need to stop using phones
ОтветитьLOVE YOUR CAT!!! 🥰😍😻💕
ОтветитьI’ve already got the hump lump, and I’m going to get surgery for it. I’m told that once the fat pad is there, it doesn’t go. 😮😢
ОтветитьCat! <3
ОтветитьAfter watching the whole video I am now convinced that I need a cat.
ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you 😁 simple and effective and not so much talking - perfect for me! And I love how the kitty cat suddenly appears in the tabletop shot - makes me laugh every time 😁
ОтветитьHello kitty kitty!
ОтветитьI can't tell from video how to position towel when I lie down. I assume I align my spine with the length of the roll???
ОтветитьAn excellent video...thanks!
I will be doing these exercises once a day. Once my hunchback is gone, how often should I do these to maintain my new posture?
Thank You! 💗💗💗
ОтветитьPowder
ОтветитьYour cat has a very flexible neck😆
ОтветитьI struggle/ can't get my head flat against the wall BECAUSE if my bad posture.. what do I do ?
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI really don’t understand the position of the towel in the 1st exercise. You put it under your lower back and then the animation showed that it’s under your upper back
Ответить❤
Ответитьalmost all whole life studies work gaming long hours sitting infront of pc. 😢 my neck seems jumping forward and i hear cracking
ОтветитьThanks 👍
ОтветитьI’m 19 and I just recently noticed that I have a neck hump (someone pointed it out to me). I will do these exercises daily, hope it helps! Thank you!
P.S: I love your cat
How does the jaw and stuff effect forward head posture?
