Absolutely amazing breakdown. Thank you so much for sharing such insightful, clear, and ESPECIALLY for citing your sources!
Btw, LOVE YOUR SHIRT!! You're the first person I've ever found that also knew about OUR ^-^💯♥️🔥💪
Hi. Which one did you end up buying?
ОтветитьThanks for the video. Any updates on your video ?
ОтветитьThank you, Thomas. Which sauna type did you end up buying / using?
ОтветитьIs the dry sauna the one they have in the gyms? I have never been able to sit in a sauna! I think I would try the infrared sauna first. Any advices?
ОтветитьWhat's the problem? Buy both. And invest in a polar plunge. I engage in 2 infrared sessions (45 minutes) in a pod and one dry sauna (three sessions of 20 minutes) per week. In-between the dry sauna i take 5 minute plunges in the cold pool. After the three dry sessions I hit the plunge then the steam room for 10 or fifteen minutes because i like what it does for my lungs. BTW i am a 71 year old man 6'2'' and weigh 180 lbs. All the men in my family died between 48 and 50 years of age. I walk a couple to 3 miles a day and swim 25 laps in a 50 foot pool a couple days per week. I am able to do this because I am the lucky recipient of a a tri-pod pacemaker in my chest as well as a pig valve. Needless to say I am here at the mercy of modern medicine. What do you think of the polar between sessions of the dry and steam sauna? Is it negating the mitigating the heat shock proteins? Has anyone done any research on that?
ОтветитьIm excited to learn what tom has to share here but almost as excited to learn how he works in his sponsors to this product that are seemingly unrelated to thrive market, and the collagen…
ОтветитьAny more info on heart stem cell production?
Ответитьomg the Turing to the camera all the time was funny. kinda distracting
ОтветитьIam ready to buy a sauna to put in my insulated garage. However been doing lots of research and 90% of the people talked to and all the reviews I have read are negative towards the IR saunas. I was about to buy one already but now iam having second toughts. All the negative reviwes are about IR sauna not getting hot enough and some people have to use a towel so they can sweat??. I been recomended to get a traditional sauna instead since is alot more enjoyable...So iam still don't know what to get🥺
If I go the traditional route do you guys know if I would need a 240v cldedicatwd circuit, drainage, water supply close to it, etc...?? What about moisture?
Here in clovis ca where I live the the temperature varies from 40° to 105° F. and rarely gets down to 31° and 110° F
Hello, I would like to know if making a home sauna with 250-watt infrared lights is viable? If it also works the same, if you have to use a special bulb or any 250-watt infrared is it okay? I tried one and I sweat a lot. A factory sauna for the moment is economically unfeasible for me for now, I would be very grateful if anyone could tell me something about it, thank you very much.
ОтветитьWhy not both?
ОтветитьTo comment on the EMF, my IR came with a Bluetooth connection - I removed the chip for it and plugged a cord instead to attach to music ‘outside using more traditional method of connecting music to the speaker. So EMF level would be extremely low and probably no more than being in your house while swimming in wifi signals.
ОтветитьI’d say medical community is staying away from studying IR for two reasons, 1) works way better than they want to admit, pharma hate things that work really well. 2) With their inception people were taking about how it may cure cancer etc etc - so medial community immediately put it into the pseudo science category instead of doing more study.
ОтветитьFantastic, you are wearing an "Operation Underground Railroad" shirt!- I appreciate those guys so much!-incredible work they are doing to put it mildly...Thank God for this organization. Thomas, great videos on your channel!
ОтветитьHow about hybrid sauna! Put UV panele in to dry sauna and set the temp a little bit low?
ОтветитьYou look like a freak with those biceps brother, Lay off the juice for a while lol jees
ОтветитьGreat information Thomas.. what works for me.. so far. Is using a steam Sauna in the morning immediately after my cardio Hiit workout. And in the evening after my workout (chest/arms/Legs/)etc. Immediately after the workout.. I jump into a self made square chamber I made.having 4 evenly spaced red light therapy devices and me in the middle using it for 15 to 20 minutes ... which makes me super calm and relax.. I do this 4 times a week.. what are your thoughts ? Is it too much?? Thanks 👍
Ответитьi woud go for natural hot temperatures like the ones encountered at really hot places on earth.
ОтветитьANY sauna
ОтветитьDon't sit in infrared for long periods of time. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
Ответить4-7% = 10% lol...
ОтветитьTom I have a clear light sauna and after using it, I immediately go into a cold shower. The key is to not tense up when the cold water hits which allows the lymphatic fluid to better circulate throughout the body. Nobody talks much about the importance of lymphatic fluid. I got this info from Dr Rhonda Patrick.
Ответитьi love your by-sets
Ответитьyou should use a wet sauna called a steam room
ОтветитьA really nice benefit of infrared vs dry is the infrared will mimic the sun and increase vitamin d which is especially important in the winter months. It will help decrease depression and bone loss as well
ОтветитьThe stock footage of the hot chick with the test tube is convincing😂
ОтветитьActually all of the studies show that Infared saunas are little to no benefit. Dry sauna or bust.
ОтветитьMy dude I am in the same boat. What type did you ultimately get?
ОтветитьEr uhh, cool! So would a dry sauna equipped with infra-red (low EMF of course) be a double whammy in a positive way?
ОтветитьDry sauna with infrared lights
ОтветитьDry is way better. Infrared u can just buy bulbs and point them at u in the basement
ОтветитьShould you while having a Dry Sauna, re-hydrate with electrolytes or any fluid?
Ответитьi wish i could give five thumbs down
Ответитьzero useful information in choosing type of sauna. Don't waste your time.
ОтветитьJust use a normal sauna that you throw water on the hot sauna rocks
ОтветитьI've been using an Infrared Sauna matt & for me its feels like its a feel good factor... For which isnt a bad thing, but need to know what its doing at a cellulor level!
ОтветитьThomas- did you end up with a dry sauna or infrared?
ОтветитьSeems to be a preponderance of sexually frustrated women in the comments section.
ОтветитьI don't care about the research, I am staying with a dry sauna!
ОтветитьHeart does not have stem cells
ОтветитьI’m now convinced. Medical Sauna Traditional 8 all the way.
ОтветитьHi . The low EMF infrared sauna is good ?
ОтветитьIf you don’t throw water on rocks while taking a sauna, it’s not a real sauna
ОтветитьIt's been 8 months since this post. Care to share which kind of sauna you went with? We are seriously considering the Radiant Health Infrared Sauna.
ОтветитьThomas, what did you finally purchase? I need to know. Thanks!
ОтветитьHi Thomas, does the sauna effect actually work with sweat belts and warming workout products or do they not get hot enough to compare?
ОтветитьDude, the analogies you use make it seem like your target audience is 9 year olds.
ОтветитьWow
Thanks so very much for sharing this immensely important knowledge with all of us.
You’re truly generous! I was considering getting into the whole sauna thing, I think I’m gonna ! Much like from Chicago 😻💕💗
