Impressive! How do the various surgeons and support staff present take breaks? I don’t think I could do anything truly %100 uninterrupted for that long, and especially maintain the fine motor control and mental faculties required.

I was in UC Davis hospital in 1989. I was pregnant with twins that had twin to twin transfusion. They would drain amneotic fluid out of my bigger twins sack in hoping to let my smaller twin room to grow. Even though Kayla and Kelsey passed away the Hospital and staff were amazing!

I had a cesarean at UC Davis, best of the best, doctors and nurses are rock stars. Thank Goodness!

I love how the surgeons celebrate after successfully completing something. It’s really heartwarming. I hope those twins grow up to tell a crazy tale!

Im not sure if it’s the story of these two specific twins. But some time ago twins got separated and the doctor was praised for saving them. But a few years later one of them died and the other is now in a vegetative state

What a beautiful story with so many Doctors and Nurses working tirelessly to accomplish this miracle❤

My grandson was a 'blue baby' -- transposition of the great vessels of the heart ( the pulmonary artery and aorta were attached opposite of what should have been). I know the tension of waiting through a life or death surgery and have no where near the words to praise surgeons who have the skill and confidence to tackle difficult cases such as this! Priceless!!

Going into and out of the room ups chances of infection, once scrubbed should stay in there😢❤

TWENTY-FOUR HOURS! That was "just" the intense operation. I wonder how long before any of them could fall asleep. What tremendous people.
