ОтветитьThis is the best cake I have ever tasted. Not too sweet just perfect. But I have a problem. My cupcake always rise and then fall when I take them out of the oven. They are soft but not as fluffy as yours. I used cake flour 10% protein. Do you think that might be the problem?
