When you put your shark mop on the base it comes with and press the power button does it not self clean? I have the corded one that’s blue and it does. I still take it off once a week and give it a good wash with soap but it does self clean also.

I’m ngl, whenever I need a body double/ cleaning motivation I turn on ur videos. About 10 minutes in I’m up and cleaning.

The only way I can shut down those obsessive thoughts about an upcoming project is to write the steps down THEN START!

I was happy that you used just what you already had instead of buying more stuff! I recently read an essay by Ann Patchett (These Precious Days/ My Year of No Shopping) where she followed a friends lead in trying no to buy stuff ( clothing, shoes, knick knacks , etc.)for one year, but using what she had. It was interesting and a good thing to try.

i think it’s great you have decided to join your husband at pickle ball. doing things together, especially things the other partner likes or does and wants you to join them, keeps the relationship closer.

with your insomnia, i found i couldn’t drink caffeine anymore; switched to decaf for my one cup of coffee in the morning. this may sound weird, but eating an apple in morning rather than a big cup of coffee will wake your body up and get you going.

when my nights of lack of sleep show up it’s typically because of stresses in my life. i get more undistracted exercise, like a walk, bike ride, or yoga in my day. i know menopause/post menopause has caused changes in sleep as well. talk to your doctor about it.

A quick pick up before bed/right after work helps a ton here at our house. It's much less overwhelming to do each night instead of waiting to do a ton all at once. I always run the dishwasher at that time too and wipe up the kitchen, even if i haven't made supper yet. Its just so much easier.
