Morning Brock & 🐄boy
ОтветитьOK This is cool!!!
ОтветитьI would love to have third function but I am poor
ОтветитьThat is definitely a neat option to mowing along fence lines or even slopes. The more I think about it the more uses i come up with. Cost is always a factor but I could see doing a few jobs with it to help pay for it. Look forward to seeing it in action!
ОтветитьWill a grapple still work with that third function?
ОтветитьHowdy Brock! That is pretty darn cool! Can't wait to see this monster in action. We are 'looking' at 38 acres in Southern Ohio and it is quite hilly... this would look great on a new tractor for that property lol! Only down side to this property is except for around the house it is heavily forested, which is what I want, but might have to sacrifice a cab on a new tractor. Hey... a mans gotta dream, right? Thanks for sharing 🤠
ОтветитьThat is Slick!! Looks awesome Brock! Best, -- J. Andre. / Old Iron Acres
ОтветитьLol😂. Now you can get those low hanging limbs so they don't hit the cab!
Guess my previous comment was a day early. Remember 🤔?
You'll love it Brock!
I’m in the market for a 3rd function. 1st generation farming. Just bought my first tractor mihindra 5155. Would the summit universal kit work on this?
ОтветитьI have one of the competitors. I have a few observations after operating it for about 2.5 years
1. Lane Shark would disagree with me, but i think these units work better with a PTO powerpack in the back of the tractor. They will run a continuous flow of approximately 11.5 gpm and NOT Heat up your tractors hydraulic oil. I think it is easier on the tractor. The oil gets hot when you are using these things for several hours.
2. It is great to be able ro mow in front of you rather than behind. This is especially true on a steep pond bank that we have.
3. They are a lot better with brush than grass. All of these manufactures need to figure out how to come out with an anti scalp roller or caster wheels so you can mow grass in float. It is possible on mine, but it would cost a few hundred dollars to make one.
4. The reason you can't use them on a skidsteer is due to their gpm flow. Even on a low flow machine, it will burn out the hydraulic motor. Our dealer sold one to some guys with a skid steer, and that is exactly what happened!!!
5. The PTO power pack makes for great ballast for the back of the tractor at 400 pounds. I even had a neighbor mount a bracket on it to put on suit case weights for when I lift round bales.
I like it but my tractor is 84" wide so even with it fully extended it wouldn't reach very far beyond the edge of my tractor especially with the cutter in the vertical position. Wish they had and offset SSQA so it would reach further.
ОтветитьLooks like a great unit Brock. I can’t wait to see it in action. I’m considering getting one for my Kubota MX5400.
ОтветитьI love my Lane Shark!!
ОтветитьThat is a nice sturdy cutter . I am interested to see what you cut . SEEYA Brock
ОтветитьI’m looking forward to seeing you run that piece of equipment. Another great video Brock. 👍🏻
ОтветитьNo skid steer because that pump and lines won't be rated for high flow
ОтветитьThis should be great for cleaning up field edges!
ОтветитьHallelujah!!! I'm favored and blessed with $60,000 every week! Now I can afford anything and also support the work of God and the church.
ОтветитьThank you, Brock, for creating such an informative and detailed installation video for our Hammerhead unit! It’s great to see the process so clearly explained, and we’re thrilled to have you as a partner. We can’t wait to see you put this beast into action in the field—looking forward to what’s next! 💪🚜
ОтветитьAwesome. I can't wait to see it in action!
My T574 is a 2024 model year, I would love to run one of those!
That thing looks heavy duty
