Man I'm so glad to see so much positivity and respect towards both Skrillex and the Doors for this collaboration now. I remember when this came out so many Doors fans and older rock fans were trashing dubstep as a genre and Skrillex specifically and were only there to mock the Doors for being open to this. We need to keep looking forward

Honesty seemed like a really weird vibe in there. Some parts of the song really work. But other don't. Like the vocal build. The "light my fire". Ultra organic 70s jam band and edm don't really mix. Skrillex made it work because he's good. They have the best audio engineers in the world. But if anyone else tried that it would have been terrible.
