How the Hell he can write backwards?? ecin
ОтветитьExcellent explanation and will use this logic - thank you
ОтветитьGreetings sir. I have a question.
The understanding from gantt chat to activity table is quite different.
For example a task A take 0-2nd week and task B takes 4th-5th week while task C takes 7th-9th week on the gantt chart. But on the gant, there is an arrow linking only task A directly to task C. What do you say about the dependences of task B and C on the table?
Well explained thank you
ОтветитьA good, no BS explanation, straight to the point. Thanks Ed!
ОтветитьExcellent way of teaching.Thanks
ОтветитьThis is just superb, I've been looking for "what is the purpose of a project plan?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Tannilara Stupendous Transcendence - (just google it ) ? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for discovering how to getting 7000 plus project management and business templates minus the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.

ОтветитьHow are project artifacts that are occur repetitively and stay with the project from planning to closing incorporated in the schedule and network diagramming? Examples include stakeholder engagement, monitoring and controlling, project document updates. All such activities involve time and expense so they need to be assigned resources and be elements of of both the schedule and network diagrams. If they are not included, we will always be under budget and over time. But they don't have discrete start and finish dates.
ОтветитьThank you! This is super helpful in understanding how the Gantt Chart and CPM relate to each other!
ОтветитьGreat video with clear explanation....A BIG THANK YOU

ОтветитьThis video is very helpful and well presented, thank you!
ОтветитьCan you provide the backward pass or direct link to how to perform within your presentation? Thanks!
ОтветитьY'r my man, Thank you!!!!
ОтветитьGreat presentation. It`s very useful to understand this before taking Microsoft Project.
ОтветитьActivity D does not have a successor. How does that fit into the schedule? Because in every schedule, only the first activity is permitted not to have a predecessor and only the last activity is supposed not to have a successor. So what is the explanation here? I will like to see your response to that question, please.
Ответитьthanks a bunch ,great work
ОтветитьThanks a bunch this is great stuff.
Ответитьis there any lecture on arrow diagramming method
ОтветитьVery well explained; MS Project can do all the sequencing and compressing/crashing techniques.
ОтветитьVery useful. Thanks so much.
ОтветитьThank you for providing this video to us.
ОтветитьI am not a student in this class but I really love the way this instructor explains this process. It is much less complicated than other CP methods I have seen. I do not have the benefit of the book he refers to explain the backwards pass. If you have time, I would really love to see the backwards pass or be referred to a resource for the backwards pass method for this video. Is that possible?
Ответитьliterally saved me on my project management exam. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьVery insightful for production scheduling
ОтветитьThanks a lot by this so clear explanation.
