ОтветитьLike many others have commented, I'd also add in some black peppercorns as well prior to the final butter and boil as I like seeing those layered in the sauce on top of the meat and once cooked, they add another layer of taste and texture to the sauce.

ОтветитьI never use cornstarch as I only use butter to thicken the sauce. The cooking time is longer but the result is much better
