ОтветитьI'm 35 weeks and have been doing your videos for several months now. People keep asking how I'm feeling and the answer is "fine". I don't have any sciatica and any time my back starts hurting, or I start feeling like I'm going to get sciatica, I do one of these workouts, and it goes away. I think the stretching really helps.

ОтветитьI’m 11 weeks pregnant and didn’t think it was going to be this hard to get thru the workout. Before pregnancy I was at the gym 5 times a week for 2 hours . Is this normal I feel faint or really out of breath not even halfway thru the workout .

ОтветитьThank you so much! I was always under impression that pregnancy workouts are too weak and kept doing regular ones. But yours wasn't weak at all and was very well balanced! I enjoyed ot a lot and feel like my body got exactly what it needed.
ОтветитьWow, before pregnancy my arms were so much stronger haha that pushup section was a wake up call haha. Fun work out! 34 and a half week pregnant and have loved your work outs my whole pregnancy and love seeing the ladies who are at further weeks still cranking these out! You and they give me hope I can stay and be strong the whole time and birth my baby with a healthier bodied! thanks for all you do!

ОтветитьAnyone else get a extremely sore tail bone when laying down on their back? I sleep on my side with a support pillow due to my pelvic pain, but wake up on my back all the time, it also hurts to sit...I'm 29weeks 😭😭😭 need relief, 3rd baby here
