Not ONE of my personal T5 exist on this list 🙈

1. Banshee (Antony Stars true masterpiece, criminally underrated & frankly offensive not to be included here)
2. Warrior (Same producers & strong Banshee vibes but in 1800s with a focus on Chinese migrants)
3. The Last Kingdom (Not quite as good as Vikings 1-4 but consistently very good throughout)
4. Vikings (Season 1-4 the best TV ever, could've been #1 if it maintained the same quality)
5. Bates Motel (Very underrated show, just about made the cut but I had a lot of #5 candidates in mind)
Honourable (also ABSENT) mentions: Dexter, Peaky Blinders, Boardwalk Empire

Of course I very much enjoyed shows (for the most part) like Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, The Wire etc enough to watch them all twice (or more) but I still (personally) think they're overrated. Surprised not to see The Walking Dead on the list but I'm cool with that, it got boring after like 4 seasons & should've wrapped up sooner I gave up on season 9 I think.

"Best" is too subjective a word to help create such a list. Many of my favorites, for example, are criminally absent, The Expanse and House MD being at the top of that list.

The wire should be 1 honestly. When you watch it you feel like you live in the same city with the characters.

I bet I watched all of Six Feet Under about 35 times at least. And I hope to watch it another 35 bc never in my life, has a show made me feel so much for the characters. I don't care how tough a person you are, you will break out crying every other episode. That's after laughing and grinning and just listening. A show will never touch me like this show has.
