I sell HBO Max accounts

I don't see a filter function to search for 1-5 star ratings. I have to waste my time watching terrible movies. All the other platforms have search filters.
Other streaming platforms allow keyboards to control video forward or backwards and volume.
I think Amazon streaming is light years ahead of HBO Max but HBO Max seems to have better movies

I am watching True Blood rn and missed an episode (it continued playing while I got busy with something that took longer than I thought). Where do I find the page that shows all the seasons/episodes so I can choose to go back instead of continuing with the series from where I'm at? I'm so frustrated. I can't figure it out from the app or my desktop. What am I missing?

Its seems to me....like everyplace else I look....it doesn't explain what to do if you just have HBO on your TV and want HBO max on your TV. All instructions I've found don't work. Thing's like get the app. From where ? There is no app store on my tv. Put an HDMI cable from your tv to your computer. Well isn't there already one there if I'm reading the instructions online ? Do they want me to hookup another HDMI cable and run it thru the living room, the hallway and then into the office where the computer is ?

I literally have no idea what this guy is talking about. I have DirecTv. I have HBO. I have a channel that says 'welcome to HBO Max'. When I click on it however, they just blather on about how good it is. I don't understand how to get to the programming. I feel like cancelling it all.
