ive been going through this stage in my life where i am struggling to really understand life and its meaning and then just before going to sleep i found your video on conversations which lead me to your channel and this video and every single word said in this video really hit me and i really related to them and then seeing the description after spending nearly 2 weeks worring about the meaning of life and my life and it simply says 'maybe this is the meaning of life' gave me a sensation i had never felt and made me feel like i truley was meant to find this video.

Hey Shimon please make a video on how to let go of the past,cause I feel like I can't progress in the things I wanna do cause in the back of mind it's telling that I still need to enjoy my teen phase so I must go back all my addictions an all that....not sure if it makes sense but along those lines.Cause believe me am willing to change an start making more progress but the thought is dragging me down...it got to a point where I even thought of "self service" so it's bad 😪 besides that am still hitting the gym,meditating an just taking care of myself....the thought just comes to mind when ever am tryna focus on building my business an when I start "thinking"

Shimon transformed my 5am jog into the best 2hrs of the entire week.Thing is, I was tryna find some music till I came upon his page, and funny enough... I felt the urge no to listen to music and just press play on any of his vedios.... and I'm now a newer version of myself, 3hrs than I was before. I felt so close to reaching a point of self control that I wanted in my life but then this girl came in my life and it made it even better. We were going out almost every day for a month and it was looking really good just for her leave in space of two days. I didn’t do anything wrong and I was really getting in love and now all that work on myself was wasted because it went all down. Don’t really know what to do now, if I should text her or not, try to solve things because it’s still unsolved, idk man it was very strange, it happened in a blink of an eye and I don’t know what happened, but I guess it’s life and gods plan

I was at my granddads funeral today. I loved him so much, he was one of the closest family I had ever known.
I'm grateful that I got to spend so much time with him lately and that he was such a wonderful person.
Truly heartbreaking to have to say goodbye but I know now I will never let him down and he will be proud of my achievements.
