Oh, Nathan. Can't wait to see the inside story of this on his show.
ОтветитьHe's surprisingly optimistic. I think Starbucks will take legal actions against them. The owner is so full of himself, thinking he found a loophole with his "parody law".
ОтветитьGod this is glories
ОтветитьWow i know tgat guy!!!xP hes on conedy central, he failed college and made a comedy show like said, on comedy central. I forgot his name but hes funny as hell
ОтветитьIn case you're new here... This is Nathan Fielder and he has a show called Nathan for You on comedy central. This will be on Season 2 premiering this summer.
ОтветитьThis is so damn hilarious
ОтветитьWow, what a smart guy!, "PARODY" is legal in the USA. I tried to buy a franchise of Starbucks back in 2010; fucking clowns wanted 1.8 millions and 10% of annual revenues, just to use the freaking name. May be now I can open a "Crazy Starbucks Coffee". Thank you Nathan! This is going to open a pandora's box. We are going to star seeing "Dumb Mcdonalds", "Ghetto Walmarts" , " Silly Walgreens" Wow, this is huge!!!!!
ОтветитьNo, Starbuck's isn't the cheapest most low grade. Seattle's Best is the lowest grade and is also owned and distributed by? You, guessed it "Starbuck's"! While parody is legal in the U.S. as soon as he starts making a decent profit off of this he will have a serious lawsuit on his hands. If he is smart he will change the name after the first quarters profits and give the proceeds to charity. Using minimal requirements to invalidate copyright laws is like playing Russian roulette you have about a 50/50 chance of the law going in your favor, which is really not good odds for either bullets or multi-million dollar lawsuits.
