I never thought the kind of people who buy physical retail silver were high information investors, but it's kind of wild to hear that silver buyers actually perceive deleting the FDIC and starting trade wars with Canada as a positive step for the economy and the financial stability of this country.

Like I did before retiring I paid my self FIRST by contributing to a 401K including call of my overtime money. As soon as I get my Social Security monthly payment I stop at my LCS purchase mostly rolls of silver. My 11 year old grandaughter was amazed when I got her some worn 150 year old junk silver coins. Often wonder how many hundred of hands they went thru.

I would like to find a decent coin dealer in my area of Livingston, TX. I have some silver and I also have raw gold as in some nuggets and fine flakes.

Ive been sitting on my stack since I retired.
I started stacking when the price was on the high side, starting with one ounce generic rounds and bars.
I dont need the money right now, but maybe it's time to establish relationships with the two local dealers near me by cashing in a few pieces.

I. was toying with the idea of getting a booth at a flea market and sellibg some of my 500 one ounce copper Peace rounds. I'd have to put them in decent capsules to market them, I should think.

the thing about buying those unofficial rounds is that they're gonna be easier to fake and harder to recognize as silver. I guess you can prove it if you have a tester but if you don't have one then buying official coins might be better.

So I buy something and start to walk out then decide to sell it back. How much is it worth now?

I had emergency before and I cashed in some silver , I'm back to stacking again and its fun to do. He is correct to start stacking is generic silver and no fancy eagles. Also, google in your area local coin shows they are usually at small halls and when you shop in there you can compare really fast silver prices and its a easier way to shop in one spot. Its usually every 3 months a coin show comes in through your area.
