Join me today a for 10 minute pilates core workout using the classical pilates mat exercises along with some useful core exercises to get you ready for these challenging movements. These exercises are incredibly beneficial for the deep core muscles, the spinal muscles and for stretching out and lengthening the leg muscles . A great all round, short and effective pilates workout. Please do not do attempt these exercises if you have any spinal conditions. This is suitable for expereinced beginners through to intermediate and advanced pilates fans.
