I was at this show, and I was surprised when he did tears in heaven, knowing he said previously he would not sing the song again, but I guess I was wrong, this was my first time seeing Eric, and I hope he comes back next year!!

I'm sooo glad to have this recording. I'm really enjoying seeing Clapton live (never have in person). It looks like the person who filmed this had a great seat, close to the artists. Too bad the bass player had the upright in front of the star of the show for so many tunes, though....

Now that I pissed off a bunch of people, I actually like a lot of his music, but if I’m reaching for some blues stuff, Stevie Ray Vaughn was much more authentic. Oh, and I don’t recall if he was ever on stage with Duane Allman, that wouldn’t have went well either😂

Beck was a much better player, Page had a much better band and he couldn’t even sniff any of the guitar virtuosos like Blackmore, Van Halen, Hendrix, Vai, Malmsteen or Rhodes. Never as creative as Gilmour or Iommi either.

He was never the best rock guitarist or blues guitarist or country guitarist. Just pretty good at some of it

A 60’s rock guitarist, trying to channel the blues but has nothing to be blue about and reverts to becoming some hybrid country guitar player at times🙄 how bizarre

The stones should have retired also, all these 60’s and 70’s artists and bands pretending to be in their 30’s and 40’s. What a blessing that zeppelin and the Beatles said just remember our greatness, that’s enough
