ОтветитьBETRAYAL
Ответитьbetter than mass effect
ОтветитьGot it on sale for 3 bucks. What a fun game.
ОтветитьThis guy doesn’t sound like he’s actually played the game. In the opening credits of the game it tells you October 1962. Not the 1950s! The game specifically chose that year because of the Cuban Missile Crisis. The beta version of this game took place in the 1950s, but they wanted a more tense time in history with what was going on in the game. So the final game takes place 1962-1963. I’m amazed how little they prepare for these “reviews”, but they again ign were always known for being pretty terrible at giving reviews. I’ll give this guy credit though, he does seem somewhat interested in the game. The atmosphere and soundtrack of this game is one of the greatest. Extremely underrated game.
ОтветитьThis is a game idoit
ОтветитьThe Game, to me, seems like a railroaded story that had dialogue choices tacked onto it.
ОтветитьAmazing game. Looks and runs great on xbox one.
ОтветитьCombat system of mass effect & this game is same....love it
Ответить..and still has better storytelling than a Resident Evil remake, of course that won't stop IGN from trolling Days Gone as well.
ОтветитьFinished this game today I must say it’s not the worst game I have played.
ОтветитьThanks! i always made the opposite of IGN. Gonna play it with total safety.
ОтветитьThis reviewer is a fool
Ответитьfar better graphics then most games from 2013 like injustice
ОтветитьAnd this is the reason why IGN should play through the games before they review it. The game explains in detail so many things of the XCOM lore, simply you just need to listen and read through the interesting bits of the story. Also there is 7 endings and all explains quite well what happens before XCOM. 12 hours of fun was this game for me.
ОтветитьSpoony was right all along
ОтветитьI love this game 👍👍
ОтветитьHere come the Men In Black
ОтветитьI have played this game and honestly I can’t judge it based on the other xcom games because I have never played the others but the setting and feel of the game reminds me of resistance 2
Ответитьi loved this game
Ответитьits on sale for 3 dollars is it worth it?
ОтветитьWhat crazy scene is he talking about? “Seen to be believed”
ОтветитьI bought it for xbox 360 for 2,49€ in the store and it was defenetly worth it, the sad thing ki is stuiped but often funny and the are only like 12 missions
ОтветитьGame was kinda short :/
ОтветитьBut this is 1962 unfortunately they were going to release one I the 1950’s but then they couldn’t and rebooted it sadly 🇬🇧
ОтветитьGlad I’m not the only guy in the world who liked this game, loved the retro 50’s style.
ОтветитьThis game is awesome, it brings me so good feelings when I play it. And I don't now why.
ОтветитьI bought this game for 64 ruppes that's less than a dollar and for that price it's a steel
ОтветитьI never played an xcom game besides this one so i think thats why i thought this game was badass
Ответитьi got this shitty game for free on steam XD
ОтветитьThe Humble Bundle brought me here XD,Anybody have same thing?
Ответить+ Story Twitst
- Nonsense Story
Got it for free at Humble bundle but now I dont think Ill install it, I thought it was the RTS type xcom game not a 3rd person shooter.
ОтветитьHumble Bundle brought me here... a year later.
ОтветитьI got it for free cuz Humble bundle is amazing
ОтветитьFree on Humble Bundle
ОтветитьHumble bundle free game broken gut me here 😄
ОтветитьThis is a Free game rn in humble bundle store
ОтветитьThey actually explain why you can use alien technology right of the bat. It is that tech wrist thing that lets you use alien technology.
Ответитьthey actually did explain the "good blob" if you read all the papers and listen to audio logs on the base
Ответить8/10 a great game. A hard game.
Ответитьso a generic 3rd person shooter with a linear story and some alien tech, sounds like something i'd enjoy! $2 on PSN
ОтветитьFrom the Metacritic score and other reviews, you would think this game was horrible. It's not that bad. One of my complaints though is your squad members in combat are annoying and run out just to get killed. I had to reload checkpoints a few times in anger over computer controlled Squad members getting killed.
ОтветитьOMG why reviewrs hate so much this game. This is a very decent one...
Ответитьthe aliens remind me of the ones from battleship...
Ответитьive just won a key for this game off gamekit. had no idea what it is but saved myself almost £15 from winning
Ответитьreview was a bit harsh. graphics are insanely good for the time. i wonder if the ps3 or xbox360 version look as good
ОтветитьIs it that bad? It doesn't seen so
ОтветитьOn sale for 1.65 on G2A
ОтветитьHow an "action" "shooter" version of an xcom could be done.
1 it has to be multiplayer... at least an option for 4 player co op with invasions by other players as aliens.
2 it should be a slow tense and punishing one to two shot kill for the A.I and the players, the exception being bosses and higher level enemies of course...it shouldn't be a fast paced twitch shooter but more like an extreme and methodical version of gears of war...maybe with elements similar to the division.
2 Permadeath and injury recovery times for the players custom characters along with all loss of rank, abilities and maybe even equipment, when ya killed it's back to being a rookie.
3 There needs to be a panic and a harsh stamina system maybe even a debilitating wounds system that prevents just sprinting around Y.O.L.O and spamming of abilities or "actions"...
4 Everything should be deliberate and methodical, long weapon reload times, strict range, accuracy and rate of fire parameters, limited use abilities or very slow regeneration and absolutely no regenerating health, it's med-packs for healing or nothing.
5 no in level pickups, unlocks or power ups, ya gotta survive and finish the mission to rank up and upgrade back at base.
6 Limited carrying space and load outs, utility items, equipment and resources...main weapon, side arm and maybe a couple of slots for disposable utility items depending on the armour and it's carrying capacity.
7 gotta have the classes...emphasis on playing your specific role and team work.
8 Procedurally generated maps with destructible environments and cover.
9 Full range of movement, climbing ladders and drain pipes, kicking in doors and crashing through windows etc
10 It needs to have the exact same upgrade and progression system as the turn based game, that means research and build times on unlocks, one of the best things about xcom is all the different toys, the logical and practical manner in which you get them.
finally
There needs to be a commander mode so a specific player, I.E the host can manage the base of operations between missions and give at least basic orders in real time...not just a strict linear story based progression that can't be influenced by a players choices.
