Torres Jr is a small heavyweight and tbh it was just a size and reach disadvantage that forced him to get desperate and lunge in. he’s going to see a lot of this disadvantage in the pros.. but I’m sure his boxing iq and skills will help him more in a 12 round professional fight…

Ive noticed how much torrez has improved since his Olympic days movement is far better. Just leaves himself open to much that gotta be his one big flaw. Got a lot of upside. Looking forward to his career progress amd theae two fighting in the future

I think this is a wrong decision

When Jalolov was amateur he fought in 2016 Olympic but no medal. Jalolov lost to amateur Joe Joyce. In 2020 Jalolov was pro and fight against amateurs he get gold at Olympic. No honor. Now 12-0 pro with 247-17 amateur record and box against amateur with 25-4 record. No honor. Jalolov afraid of pro boxers. Jalolov only confident against amateurs. Other amateurs refused to compete against such. Do Uzbekistan have any real heavyweight amateurs or only pro.

I have so much respect for Richard Torres Jr. I remember watching this live. Torres jr got KOd brutally by this guy a year or so earlier yet he came in with zero fear in the final and gave it everything. That deserves respect.
