As someone who had the original A*man before the reformulation. This A*men Fantasm smells great. It does have the A*men patchouli. It doesn't have the edgyness that the OG had in the opening. And I would agree with you Randy. This is the disgner of the year so far with boss the sent Elixir being number 2 for me.

Welcome doudster!!! This is one that the more you try the better it is. Solid 8.5. On the fence if I’ll pick it up but it’s great and I need an Amen in my collection. If they don’t release another soon then I might be forced to.

I'm happy to find at least one review that lauds this frag...all others (Rich Mitch, Sebastian The Perfume Guy, Ash from Gents Scents, etc.) aren't giving us hope for the brand. Personally, when a big house is bought out and people start saying it's getting watered down, I'm out. Would rather buy TT Ursa for $109 at Jomashop

I got this yesterday it’s pretty similar to Victory Elixir but I might like it a little bit better I seem to get better performance from the new Amen.

I bought it from news parfums and it smells nothing like you described it, no chocolate no gourmand, no nothing, just something green an linear, i dont like it at all, it smells cheap. They are making and selling double standard fragrances these days Randy. They are filling some bottles with the good juice and others with the cheaper ingredient stuff. It happend last year in Sephora also, i smelled the golden bottle Bad Boy of a tester, it was a beautiful delicious cocoa-chocolate with just a little nice complementary green undertone. I went the next day to buy it and when i tested it again it was no more chocolate, just that green note amped up and headache inducing, they have changed in one day even the tester Randy with the cheaper juice, can u imagine that? Where the fvck can i buy an original juice fragrance? What they are doing its absolutely insane!

This is a great smelling scent. The dry down is just excellent. The performance is really well on my skin. I am not getting no poor performance at all. Matter of fact the scent gets stronger on my skin the closer its gets to the dry down. I cannot wait till the fall to fully wear this for the designed weather it was made for. 9/10
