great bag but its heavy and straps are not comfortable

I love my 20l but It has a forward lean caused by the bottom not being flat so the self standing bag doesn't self stand and always falls forward happened since the day it arrived on my doorstep. This really annoys me as I'm picking up and putting down the bag the hole time I'm in an airport or at my job. And no matter how hard i try to flatten the bottom it still leans forward and inevitably falls over

It's OK for Wizzair and Ryanair? 40x25x20 so it's a little bigger. So one testing it on airport? It fits?

On the 20L, where is the retracting key ring?

Tell me something Can't I get the small cube from the camera pack of yours and have my camera moved around with me ?

Great backpacks, but… why 14 L one has such narrow and poor padded straps and back. In this meaning Navigator is so more convenient. Please improve it

Great backpack, but:
Con 1- weight!
Con 2- not well padded straps and back. Nomatic Navigator is more convenient in this way!
Con 3- sliders/zippers can’t be inserted one into the other, so that smn can’t open it unnoticed. Here you only can use additional lock.
Con 4- it is easily scratched.

I have the largest of their backpacks and have had it for years, used it for travel, and have beat, drenched, slammed, pulled it, and it's still working perfectly. No idea how they manage to make a bag this durable. Great work! I think I'm about to get the 14L too.

Can someone help me understand something with the Nomatic Bag that I have?

I purchased a Nomatic Everyday Bag back in March 2020. The one I have has two buttons on the back to tuck the shoulder straps in. Unlike the 14L bag shown here. Was there a design change with the 14L bag since 2020?

The Everyday Bag I have has been great to me, but as time goes on it's become too small.

Does Nomatic have a back-back program by chance?

Great Review! Astheticaly, is there a huge difference in size between the 14L and the 20L? I am short 5ft.3" and I don't want to give up on the extra features the 20L has if I don't have to but I don't want this backpack looking weird on me either. Please advice.

For a travel oriented backpack, you should have made this bag lighter. 4lbs is quite an excessive weight and quickly adds up when you put your own stuff.

The 20L seems ideal for me to purchase, but I'm a bit skeptical about it because I have a 2015 15-inch MacBook Pro, and I'm wondering if it will fit the laptop sleeve?

Great design, but 3.5lbs for 14L is still an overkill. Wish your bags are lighter.

In January 2018 I ordered my 20l Travel Pack among first Nomatic buyers. Chest strap was missing, but since I got it in the US and I am living in Europe I could not afford sending back my backpack for repair/change. I used it for 4 years, it was a really great product. Four years later zippers broke (2 of them). Back in 2018 zippers were advertised as better than YKK, but a few years later Nomatic switched to YKK. I opened the “lifetime warranty” issue several weeks ago, but got no answer.

I also asked if I can get promotional code for the 14l version and give up warranty for 20l, but still no answer.

Excellent functionality, great design, solid construction, but terrible sales and no support.

Best backpack I ever owned and stelar customer service!

Only concern with the 20L with its horizontal pass through sleeve is my water bottle falling out due to being on its side.
Anyone have this issue with theirs?

The 14L is the only one of the two that (mostly) complies with United Airlines (and others) as a personal item under the seat. When Expanded the 14L will be 17.5" H x 11" W x 8" D. The united airlines under seat limits are 17x10x9. I wish back pack sellers talked about airline travel, personal item limits and designed bags exactly for this. It is not about TSA its about under seat. Carry on overhead bags are a different story. These14L looks like a nicely designed and clean looking bag for air travel. I will consider one in the future.

Is there really no way to get your products in Germany? I know there's Gomatic, but a lot of products are missing, e.g. the 10l navigator sling.

Does the 14L expand like the 20L?

Has the Travel Pack model had any "updates" or changes over the years? Has it been improved or change anything since it was released years ago?

I have had the 20L for about a year now, and I absolutely love it. Easily my favorite pack! My only request is that you make it compatible with the camera cubes from the McKinnon backpack.
