ОтветитьAfter selling a couple homes in 2020, I'm anticipating a housing crisis in order to buy inexpensively. As a backup plan, I've been thinking about purchasing stocks. What recommendations do you have for the best time to buy? On the one hand, I keep reading and seeing trader earnings of over $500k each week. On the other side, I keep hearing that the market is out of control and experiencing a dead cat bounce. Why does this happen?

Question on life estates, if Dan died but sold the house to another person the property goes back to Anne. What happens to the person who purchased the house from Dan ? Love the videos !!
In fee simple defeasable, how is it they obtain the title? Is it given? 🤔, is it purchased? 🤔 Then, if they fail to the terms given, it goes back to the grantor? In what ways can this benefit the grantor if he lets the grantee stay there as long as the terms are kept? Just a little confused as to if he really has bought this estate, or was it given to him? Either or he still holds a title? How is it given? AND what if the grantor dies and now decides he's going to open up a margarataville? Could he then?

ОтветитьThere's only one thing that i'm confused about here. How would Dan have the ability to sell the property if it doesn't truly belong to him? Would that mean if he sells it and Ann ends up dying, the person that purchased the property would have to give it back to Ann's heirs?
