This is what ruined the classic car hobby for 99% of us. People buying these cars only to flip and make money, instead of driving, showing, and enjoying the cars. Flippers sit on there computer all day and if any deals are to be found, they grab them, do nothing to them, and take them to their lot and slap on a 400% price increase.

If I were Richard, I would have told Dennis "yep, I agree with you, the car is worth more," And countered with some higher number to force Dennis to put his money where his mouth is (meaning his opinion of the car's worth). RIchard has nothing lose. If Dennis doesn't make a counter that's above 200k, Richard will still walk away with $70k profit, so why not counter that the counter the car is worth more than $200k.
