Shocking Discovery: 2024 & Newer Broncos Have a Hidden Tow Package! | What Does This Mean?

I was ready to install the Curt hitch on my 2024 2 door Heritage and saw that friggin bracket under the rear. I have to remove it and I don't want to take off the rear bumper. Ugh. You think they could have done something different with the factory harness that encasing it in big piece of armor.

Ford dealer quoted install on my 2025 at $2100... lol. Thank you for this helpful video. Just towing a kayak and trailer.

Was the tow hitch/center dash line in your reverse cam already? I just traded up from my 2022 wildtrak 2 door to a 2024 wildtrak 4 door and found the same info. Probably install the factory hitch and module then have them upgrade software

The bronco only has a max capacity of 3500 pounds. This is fine if it's just you in the vehicle, but when you add gear and passengers I wouldn't tow more than 2000 pounds.

You have much more Bronco knowledge than I do. I know most vehicle that get factory tow package will include more than hitch and electrical plug. A bigger alternator, transmission cooler, and sometimes different gears. Idk if Broncos include any of these as standard.
