Day1: it was fun and painful. But i can't believe i got my straight spike but it was really painful
Day2: my legs are sore and it was harder to do basic streachs.I was not ready to do spike but did it it was less painful than yesterday and also more pausing today

So, I decided to pop in with an early update. Did this once a day for 5 days straight so far, and I’ve already almost have my left and right splits.
I’m so so soooo close to do doing my middle splits. 😬🥹 I’m already sooo much more flexible✨😮💨.
I do these after my workouts, so my muscles and everything is warmed up already—which helps a lot! Definitely gives you a bit of an arm workout too 😆. Especially when the ads come on and you’re holding your “middle splits.” 😭😭 Alrighty, will check back in next week!
How do you know when it is a discomfort pain.

I'm working on my flexibilty since february but today with this video I reached for the First Time my left split.

ОтветитьI'm going to start stretching every evening and I'll update my progress in a month from now!
Update: Unfortunately I haven't been stretching every evening, I've been stretching on and off but my limbs feel longer and my splits have gotten slightly lower! I'm still a long way from completing the splits though. I think if I did this more consistently I'd definitely have more flexibility.
DAY 1: DAMN hard, I must say, I've swored much more in this 20 mins than I've did in my entire life but guess what, I'll be back,some were easy for me as I've done them a couple of times from the other videos but it's been so long since I did them so THE PAIN WAS REAL!!!

Ответитьthe only problem with this video is the absence of an efficient timer. like while doing the stretch its difficult to know when the next stretch begins and the previous one ends.

ОтветитьI lost my splits a few times and every time I wanted to get it back I went to this video and got my splits in 1-2 weeks. Now I'm practising again and I'm almost there again. Thank you so much Alivia <3
